Now, let me tell you a little bit about me. Over the last 10 years, I’ve had a few jobs. In every one, I’ve become a better writer and thinker. That isn’t happenstance. I’ve had the privilege of learning from some of the best — journalists, editors, and media professionals who prioritize creating stories that resonate.

Crafting pieces that center on human experience, break down complex issues, and reach people who might not otherwise hear them is my raison d’être. I’m drawn to this work for the puzzle — for the challenge of figuring out the right structure, the necessary details, and the most impactful voices that make a story meaningful.

Even a few years out of a newsroom, the instinct to write and shape compelling narratives will never be behind me.
